The little people of Union Square

Normally I do not apply any special effects to my shots but couldn't help using a tilt shift program to make the already miniaturized shot even smaller. Thought I'd try it out for "Silly Tuesday."
All the people were congregated in the square for a demonstration though I am not sure what it was for as there is something different there every day.
