Wow...Great rusty tones. I remember Hugo...the remnants came up here spoiling a romantic weekend at the seashore for us. I know we got off really easy though. It could have been horrible.

Beautiful shot, Peter. The shadow on the hill looks like some one was holding a cloth to stop extra light and that had cast the shadow.

This I can relate to. We traveled to the Gulf Coast for a swim meet in the fall of last year and it's shocking to see the changes. The beach was completely buried in commerce and now it's back to the way it looked 20 years ago because absolutely everything was destroyed. I like seeing the beach, but those miles of empty foundations where beautiful homes stood are depressing.
