i couple weeks ago there was a spectacular sunset so i went to the rooftop of my office building and snapped this shot.

Wow!.. what a wonderful shot, Peter! Incredible colors... amazing glow... great detail in the foreground. HDR? I'm thinking not, but if so,... well, it's about as perfect a treatment as I've ever seen. And I'm impressed that you were able to limit yourself to one shot: major self-control... or great faith in your equipment! Thanks for sharing your terrific picture!!

great shot! the background colours are amazing but what i like here is the fact that the foreground building have retained enough details to keep interest of the viewer... very nicely balanced lighting!

Good capture of a beautiful sky. I've always thought that sunsets with rich colors were infrequent on the east coast - but I could be wrong. Wouldn't you love to be on top of the Empire State Bldg with a sky like that?
